Eating right, plenty of rest, exercise, keeping stress down, taking your medication on a regular basis. Keeping your weight in line and watching your salt intake as well as caffeine and of course no smoking, drinking or drugs (non-prescription as well as recreational). All of these things will keep your blood presure under control...

give up salt and all foods that have salt in them (sodium) this should help bring down the blood pressure. You should see your doctor about medication to help bring it down.

salt intake and stress are the main two things that causes blood pressure to rise...drink plenty of fluids, eat your proteins, fruits and veggies, cut down salt intake and excerise is good to do every day....
