The grammar is incorrect

You could say, "If it is not much of an inconvenience, please resend..."

However, the sentence is a little cluttered. It would sound better if you eliminated , "much of".

Simply write, "If it is not an inconvenience, please resend..."
or, "If it is not too inconvenient, please resend..."

the correct sentence would be
'If there is not much of inconvenience, please resend it'
