Have her checked by the pediatrician.

Since she is only three, I would highly suggest you contact her pediatrician ASAP! In toddlers and children under the age of 10, ignoring the vomiting and not contacting the doctor can be lethal. It is most likely a gastrointestinal virus. Pretty common in babies and toddlers. Also, try giving her a saltine without the salt on it. If it stays down, it could be mainly a I need food thing.

She is propably having gastroenteritis. Give her some ORS solution. If you are giving her anything to take make sure it is small amount. Make it small but frequent say hourly. Diarrhea might follow very soon. If the problem persists or gets worse, see a paediatrician or your GP

probably just a virus, if it goes on too much longer get her to doctor. My daughter had that at the age of 2 and a half, and it lasted for almost ten days, it is very scarey when they are so little. good luck
