You go to control panel, click network and internet connections, then click internet options, the delete the cookies and files under temporary internet files, and clear the history.

Go to Start
Then Control Panel
Click on Internet Options
Near the bottom it will say Clear History click on that

Open your IE
-click Tools menu
-click Internet Options
-on your Internet Options window, click General tab
-on your General tab, click Clear History

On menu - tools- internet options-clear history - make no of days 0 & ok apply.
