try it out, if they don't, who cares, it's a plant, you can always buy new ones.

My suggestion is that you not bring a plant on an airplane because dirt from the plant spills, you will have a big mess.

I've done it, only for domestic travel though. My Mum and I exchange divided plants out of our respective gardens...I pack the plant in wet newspaper, then a plastic bag, and pack it into my checked luggage. No one has ever bothered me about it.

Check out this website, my guess is no, but you never know. I had mini pumpkins and gourds that I thought I couldn't take on, but I later found out from a friend who works for TSA that I could have taken it on instead of having to pack it in my checked luggage.

There is usually a check list which PAL
( Philiippine Airlines, local and international) gives its passengers . Check if you have more than $10,000.00, if you have a pet or plants with you & other things.
I think that is also what other airlines do!

usually you can if you are travelling nationally (as opposed to international travel). The one exception is Hawaii, they don't permit plants, even from the mainland USA.

With the rules as stringent as they are, and getting more stringent everyday, you may NOT even be able to get yourself on the plane.
