use 'Installshield' or
Inno Setup (freeware)

and to install your Microsoft Jet engine (ms access), you need to download it from microsoft site.

when you use inno setup as 'Installer' , you could automatically run 'msjet installer' after copying all files.

I do exactly the same thing (see my website below) and here is what I use, I have used Inno in the past and it is NOT user-friendly, it requires that you type specific commands, this application is much better and you can learn it in minutes and it is free. Download "Installer2Go" at http://www.dev4pc.com. Then all you have to do is click options you want your installer to perform, enter some company (your) info and it will create a self-install package. If you need more help you can contact me. It has many cool features such as inserting a logo for your exe file, info screen, self-start etc. I played with it for about an hour and after that I created almost any setup file I wanted. A less sophisticated version of an installer and on the same site is Setup2Go.
