In my marriage both my husband and I work so it's not nearly as important to me as it is to a wife who is unemployed.
But supporting my husband in his growth is as important to me as it is for him to support mines.

Of course it will be good to have a husband to provide for a woman and her family. But as the standard of living has becoming higher, it is obviously very difficult to earn enough for everything. I will naturally feel my heart pain if my husband has to struggle so much to get a steady income. I will try all my very best to lighten his burden since I love him. The family belongs to both of us therefore I should also play a part.

1. It is much more important to have a Husband who is willing to work hard to provide than able to provide.
=> Primary motivational factor.
As long there's a Will, there is always a way. Key factor== WILL.
Once there's will, He will naturally able to provide!!..
2. As a wife, feel proud of your husband and support him. He is in a marathon race. If the person he loves most tells him, "it's hard, try other way, it's hard, don't run".. then don't expect him to finish the race.
Please say "you r the best, don't give up, you can surely finish the race!!"
Eventhough he may not be first, as long he finish the race, he is a winner!!.. much better than those who quit half way!!
Keep supporting each other.. both of you are ONE!!.

The key here is struggling. Presumably he has been trying to provide but his job market does not allow steady employment.
Being able to work is very important to a man's self esteem. It
is probably the number one component to married guys. So assuming that he is not lazy and has been trying, for you to bring it up does nothing but belittle him and gut what's left of his pride.
Money, or lack of it, is very important for the household.
Have you got a job? Maybe that would help the situation.

It shouldn't be about the money. A wife should support her husband if he is working and trying and do what she can to help. We are not all going to get high dollar jobs right off the bat unless there is a lot of education behind you.

Why would you be on his back if he is trying. Let the man be, there are plenty of people out there just sitting on their a** and your dogging your husband for having a steady job. If you need more money then you get out and get a job to help him.

It depends on the woman. In a single earner family, it probably is very important.
But sometimes people struggle, that is a simple fact of life.

It depends on individual. If both of them are working, then I don't think there is any issue here. But if the husband is the sole bread winner, I think the wife should give him some mental support.

It is very important .....
Even if a woman has her own money to do anything she wants , she feels confortable knowing that her husband can support the family , that gives her a secure feeling !!!
