As of today, Oasishongking.com started flying London Gatwick to Hong Kong for £261 return (390 Euro). From there you can get a cheap flight to Manila (or Cebu) on Cebu Pacific. But to get from Frankfurt to Gatwick... easyJet?
A lot of hassle, and no guaranteed connections (you'll have to check in at both Gatwick and Hong Kong in both directions) - but cheap.

I booked a flight on Expedia that I thought was good. Then, a month later I was talking to a Filipina friend and she told me how she gets tickets for $300 less than I paid.
So, my best advice is to talk to a Filipino in the Frankfort area. I interviewed in Mainz last year and it was easy to find Filipinos there (internet shops, food stores, etc).
