Get some half insoles, these will push your feet slightly back into the heel and will make them fit better. Make sure it's half insoles and not full ones. If they're still a little on the big side, put heel grips in too. You'll get both of these in any quality shoe shop.

The best thing to do with loose shoes is to get a pair of Sizers and put them into the toe area of the shoes. They are an ingenious new product on the market that work wonderfully. There is nothing out there like it. You'll never have a problem with shoes fitting again. Try them at www.shoesizers.com and you'll be so happy! They work with closed toe shoes/boots only. They do 3 different sizes too so you get the perfect fit!

It is true in most cases but not all. Size does matter. Leonardo De Vinci discovered after performing operations on many bodies that there is an average correlation between the length of the hand span and the height of the body. Naturally the human body will proportionally grow limbs that will fit its scale, meaning taller person = longer feet = longer arms = longer legs. However, this is not necessarily true for everyone. Normally the penis would be the proportionate size to the height of the person just like any other organ, however it is also depends on health, blood flow, and GENETICS the most critical factor. Condition of the human body causes variations in sizes. For example, a person who strain the back may be dwarfed due to corrosion of the spine. A malnourished person may have erectile disfunction.

how about using those party feet you can b uy in Boots and other chemists? They are gel padding that you put under your feet. I think they now have different shapes and sizes for different parts of your shoes and feet! Otherwise can you buy some in-soles? Alternatively if they haven't been worn can you take them back to the shop and exchange them? Good luck

Insole if appropriate ( depending on what type of shoe it is) will help or heal grips, you can get both from Woolworth's.
