First of all I want to ask you if you are this serious about not wanting to pregnant what in the world were you and your partner thinking when you had sex.
If the pregnancy test is showing negative after 50 some days of your last periods then you mostly are not pregnant. That again depends on your usual cycle. Sometimes the test turns out negative even if you are pregnant because pregnancy hormones are not upto that level to make it positive but I don't see that happening after 50 days.
DO NOT TAKE ANY MEDICATION WITHOUT CONSULTING A DOCTOR. MAKE SURE YOU VISIT YOUR DOCTOR WITH YOUR HUSBAND WHO HAS EQUAL RESPONSIBILITY AS YOU.
You can try eating papaya and pineapple. It will definitely not harm any of the system inside, at the maximum you will bleed slightly more than normal. But this is not a sure-fire method.
The next time you have sex make sure of your thoughts or you would be doing something very very unfair to an unborn baby.
I am not a medical practioner or anything but I can be a good friend of yours. If interested you can e-mail me at nithya1959@yahoo.com. I can give you some more info.

If your stressed out that can definetly cause your period to stop! You on birth control that can effect it. Otherwise go to your doctor. If its been negative, then you need calm down a little bit (maybe pray a bit) & make an appointment. The doctor can help you more, just relax a little (i know its hard to but try).

Hi there !
I fully agree with Bibliophile31's answer !
Pick up the phone and fix up an appointment with your gynaecologist ...NOW !
Anyway..for your information...all contraceptive tablets available in the market act by interfering with the normal progesterone-oestrogen balance in the body...Only thing is that the amount of the hormone may change from brand to brand...thats all..
best wishes..!

Your very stressed about this. Don't ask a serious question about something this serious to us, strangers. I have a medical degree but, can't answer this like this. Go see a doctor or an ER. An ER can and usually will help in an emergency or refer you.
