hahaha an answer from someone with experience with warning letters. lol

I would put in there..

*What part of the job Chloe is having the problem in.

*The impact it is having on other people ( such as if she is having too many sick days and other people have to fill in for her when she is not there or other people have to do twice as much work to make up for the work she is not doing )

*What you would like chloe to do to improve in her role.

*If Chloe does not improve, advise her what the next course of action will be ( Another warning? The Sack? etc )

Directive (this is the kind and title of a letter)

To :name of a person
position
department

from :superiors name
position
department

subj: reprimand (write the case, example-tardiness)

In view of your employment status, i would like to advice you to explain within 72 hours the reason of not working properly your designated assignment. Regarding your working condition, its unsatisfatory and it affected the company policy., because of your poor performance. This would be mean your first warning.

Waiting for your immediate response.

signature (your signature)

this kind of letter direct to the point, not harassing nor harassment on the part of the employee, instead she will consider this as calling her attention about her duties and responsibilities to the company.

Oh I can answer this.....I got many of them.
You have to stipulate the problem.
How to correct the problem.
The punishment for the next violation of the same problem or any problem.

And what you will do if improvement is shown.
