Plutonium is a man-made element and does not occur naturally on this planet or any other as far as we know. We get most of it from breeder reactors which use uranium which is a naturally occurring element.

There could well be some plutonium on Venus, as most of the other elements, in various quantities. Apparently, Venus has
suffered a runaway 'greenhouse effect', similar to the fate of the earth many millions of years into the future, and the atmosphere is mainly carbon dioxide.
