I cant really decipher what you are saying here....are you saying that someone you know has taken out loans using your address and now you have a collector coming to collect on the loans? If so then you need to give info on where the person is residing and also write to equifax and experian with a letter of dissassociation with the person so it will not affect your credit rating.
