If not, then do you think this world-wide conflict could lead into such war?

Why?

What world wide conflict? Either I have missed something really big, or you don't really know what you are talking about. At least this country and none of it's neighbors is at war with anyone. So to answer your question: no, I don't think we are having the world war 3 now, I don't think we are even having a "world wide conflict". If you believe there is a world war going on right now, then I guess you must be living very near a war zone or in a very strictly information controlled society (which I doubt, because you seem to have access to uncensored internet).

If another world war emerges during my lifetime (I sincerely hope not), then I'm sure I'll notice. We'll all notice, except those who die in an instant flash.

No, this is not WW III, and yes, what we are now seeing will lead us into the big one .

WW III, according to predictions from the Holy Bible, Nostradamus, Edgar Cayce, and many others, all tell the same story of a terrible war, like none seen before, shall take place in the middle east, China, Russia and all nations of the world will be involved.

The United States of America, and the peoples republic of China will be in a great conflict, and it is foretold that Russia shall become our ally and come to our aid.

Predictions speak of soldiers on horse back, a brilliant new high tech and mobile method of fighting, a horse can go where no tank or APC (Armored personnel carrier) can go, and can out maneuver any of them, and requires no petroleum based fuel, and performs with a high degree of intelligence, and can be trained.

This present conflict is the burning match that will ignite the large bonfire that shall be known as Armageddon, a terrible war and passages from the bible speak of blood flowing as to the height of a horses bridle. . . . . .the War that will end all wars . . . . . . .WW III, brought to you by . . . . . . . you know who.

Not quite yet! but keep an eye out for trouble from the new nuclear club wanna-bees,albeit "rogue nations" N. Korea and Iran. Also keep an eye on India and Pakistan. Also remember don't torque-off the Israeli's, they have faced threats for hundreds of years-they are well trained, well armed, and have no sense of humor!
