Dell has absolutely horrible customer service. I have been serviceing computers for five years and believe me, when you get that initial discount, it looks good but you definitely get what you pay for.
They make up for the initial low price with a host of other charges and god help you if you for get into trouble and your not the owner of their record whether your the actual owner or not...they are of no help whatsoever and could care less what trouble you get into. in addition NONE OF THE HARDWARE issued to date is vista compatibile (which is why its being dumped) and many of the parts are dell specific and dont respond to a standard windows xp disc.
remember here...you get what you pay for.

Its because internet banking can be really expensive and they like to charge an arm and a leg. I guess DELL dont like there customers enough to look after them and yes they do like wasting paper. We get the same newsletter and advertising crap from them every week.
