or through the police station,
throw a rock at a police man
fart in their faces,
litter a big bag of rubbish infront of them and refuse to pick it up, dump trash in front of the station
swear at polices
beat up a granny and wait for the police,
rob a shop and get caught
smash a cars window and get caught
headbutt a police
and many more that I can think of.

If you are his mate you will stop him destroying all his prospects. If he really wants to go to prison take him to a doctor - he is probably mentally ill.
I have seen how hard prisoners and ex-prisoners have to work to rebuild their lives - no one normal would treat prison as a joke.
Get him some help now please. If you are joking - it is in poor taste - you want to see what happens to people whose lives are destroyed by urinating in public. ASBO followed by BROKEN ASBO followed by prison followed by prison followed by alcholism and prison. My work is with these guys - it just ain't funny.
