There are many ways to get money online its seems easy but its also need work and time.
Surveys: You're not going to get rich and retire from taking paid surveys online. Second, you have to join as many survey panels as you can. While you can make some really good money (several hundred a month), it does require some time and effort on your part. Finally You should create a new free E mail to read surveys in ,this will recognize your work.
Complete offers sites: Free web sites ask you to join for free to complete free offers or shopping online, and sometimes reading emails, some of them offer cash and the other let you collect points which then redeem for gifts.
Reading Emails: This sites pay you to read Email , its not very useful and needs time.
Freelancer: Its very effective way but it needs some knowledge on specific field. for example, data entry , engineering, writing, programming, etc.
Create Website: Create your web site to sell your own products or others products, or refer customers to other websites which called affiliates program.
The easiest way to earn money is Google Ad Sense where you put Ads for Google and earn money when someone just follow the links.

The one I use is YouGov, http://www.yougov.com they pay between 50p and about 1.50 per survey answered, and they are legit. They'll send you a cheque when your account reaches £50, but it can actually take quite a while to get to that amount so it's not a good way to make short term cash! I've just had my first cheque through though, and it is nice when it happens. Another place is http://www.ciao.co.uk they generally seem to pay slightly more for surveys but don't do as many, so the money doesn't build up so fast either. However you can request payment of your account balance at any time, rather than waiting to reach a set amount.
Another idea is mystery shopping - basically get paid to go buy stuff, and fill in questionnaires about the service etc. Try http://www.retaileyes.co.uk who do it all online, and are also totally legit. This is a better way to make short term cash if you're strapped.

The rule, as always, is to stay away from those that ask you to pay before you can get these surveys.
Legitimate market survey companies such as Pinecone Research recruit members based on demographic characteristics -- e.g. mothers of babies 0-12 years old -- and will send surveys of products and services targeting this demographic group. Pinecone Research, however, pays only $5 per survey -- you're definitely not going to be rich with that. They can give you anywhere from 1-5 at most surveys in a month.
Other companies simply ask you to answer as many research as possible, and you don't earn anything just the chance to win at a raffle (which I find lame).

Beware of scams. They are all collecting personal information and in some cases may be for ID theft of something similar. All the rest are usually going to follow up with tons of junk email and in many cases phone calls as well. Never fill out a survey on line.

dream on.
most sites that really are legitimate, and pay, IF you qualify (usually you have to be late 20's to 40's and have a high income to qualify) pay $1-3 per 30 minute survey.
You'll never get rich or even make a real second income from it.

Your best bet is "Surveyscout.com they are the best company around. Check out the frequently asked questions and they will answer all you need to know. There is an initial outlay, but its worth the spend. They are an american company, but its not a problem as they accept brits anyway. Enigma64 x

I was a member of YouGov for a number of months and they hardly ever sent me a survey. Those they did send were prize surveys, where they pay just one person a prize and pay nobody else anything at all.
