Don't see all guys as the same. I agree there are bad ones but you can make a difference by being more decent in dressing and moving with like minded. Depending on teh kind of work you are doing, you should have some rights. Also tell any 'intruder' to stop doing it and be pleasantly resolute.

See, thats just not acceptable. Talk it over with your boss or the HR Department. Be srious about it, find other females in your work where the same thing happened to them, ask them what they did to make it stop and stick together, file a complaint together, the more complaint the better. You can even sue him if you want. I hate men like these, not all men are bastards so there's no excuse, for God's sake.

Report them to your manager, it is the only way to be taken seriously, that is sexual harassment and/or discrimination, there are laws against that and you should not have to put up with it. Next time get yourself a Dictaphone and when they say stuff to you make sure it is recorded, then you have hard evidence that cannot be ignored. People get thousands in compensation for that, and it is well deserved when they have to endure such behaviour at work.

Your name does not suit you. I would not say you are confused, I would say you lack assertiveness. When this kind of thing happens you need to give these guys a good WHAT FOR!!
Make it loud, make it strong, and make it PROUD> don't take this crap from ANYONE... it will only get worse. You do not want to end up the victim of rape, with some idiot saying you asked for it. You have not asked for it, so do NOT accept it. You're obvisouly hot, but that is NO excuse for the disrespect.

Turn them in, personally I would roll down to my old neighbor hood and hire a couple big guys to go sexually harass the one that did that to you if I was you, I guess thats why God made me a guy though I would be an evil woman.
