This is going to sound as ugly as the creasing, though cheaper than most answers - shove a sh*tload of damp newspaper under the creased area until the crease lifts!
Leave till the next time you need to wear them.
If you wear them every day... well I'd be consulting some type of toe/forefoot surgeon as the fault is obviously in the shape of your hoofers!!!!

Use product called Dubbin. Found in all good shops, made for leather, works wonders when used after snow, rain or or not worn shoes or boots for a while.

The traditional method of 'breaking in' or softening boots was to urinate in them, apply polish without buffing and leave them overnight. This works wonders even on the hardest leather.

Cover them in vaseline, then wipe it off with kitchen towel. It will keep the leather moist and stop them from creasing.

try polishing them then use beeswax on them. anybody who has been in the armed forces should be able to do this for you. this should then stop the creasing or at least cover it up as long you continue to polish them.

It will happen but you could do what the baseballers do for their glove, try neats foot oil. Rubbed in regularly.

try using shoe trees...you put them in the shoe/boot when you are not wearing them and they help to keep the shape, usually get them in good shoe shops.
