Food in the U.S. is cheap and plentiful, BUT agricultural programs such as education are expensive. Therefore we should stop all government agricultural programs. AGREE? DISAGREE? WHY. Give examples.

I'd agree against what is happening in Australia with a drought wrecking the crops of our farmers,and now with some large cities in danger of running out of water due to the El Nino effect on our weather.No rain to fill dams really bad....

Prices for Fruit, Meat , Dairy products going thru roof at moment plus frosts wiping out Grapes for wine making and Cyclone wiping out 90% of banana crops .

Yes then ,I would say you have cheap and plentiful food..enjoy cheers...

agree...80% of federal aid goes to large corps such as Conagra, that can afford to do their own research. The "family farmer" is largely extinct.
