Use gorilla glue it is much better than super glue - it will make it a permanent fixture and it dries fairly quick

Have you heard of a product called 'chemical metal' made by 'plastic padding'. It bonds pretty much anything to anything if there is enough material to get a grip of. I wouldnt use it if the bird could peck at it tho, its sure to be toxic - well there has to be a drawback of something so versatile. I think it really depends on the type of break, if there is not much to bond together, no bonding agent will hold.

super glue usually bonds immediately and dries in seconds.
but for metal to metal, that isn't going to do it.
You might try JB Weld, but I think a spot weld or a new cage is in order.

Try "forget nails" a type of glue from diy stores or fix with some wire bent and wrapped around the offending items

ARALDITE two pack glue will stick most things, being a 2 pack it cures in 10 minutes and will not seperate.
The roof in Sydney Opera House was glued with Araldite only, no fixings.

No, the joint will crack without warning. One minute it'll look great, the next it'llbe broke.
I would bind the joint with high tensile wire ( available from a garden centre - used for trying up fruits etc )

dont use super glue - it wont be strong enough and is toxic ...the bars will need to be soldered i suspect rather than welded
