Well injuries has caused there season not to go so well. Like the Steelers has lost there leaders on offense (Big Ben) and defense (J.Porter). They lost Hines Ward for a little bit so when they get all healed they will be fine.

and Seattle lost two of there best players in the MVP and Hasselback. They will have to depends heavily on there defense and wide recievers.

Don't know much about the Seahawks but I am a Steelers fan and how can you call teh team a disappointment. What because an OT loss to Atlanta? I mean before that the losses came with Ben struggling to get back into the game. Even then you have the 9-0 loss to a good Jaguars team, yeah they are struggling themselves but they were good at that time. You had an 8 point loss to the Bengals. They were in that game right to the end. Bad play calls and the loss was a disappointment because some of those calls BUT still they played the Bengals to the end. Come on the worst loss was the 10 point loss to the Chargers. Not like they are losing to really bad teams. Besides that they shouldn't have lost to Atlanta, or in the least should have had a chance at the Field Goal. Troy DIDN'T run into the kicker. The kicker ran into HIM as he was laying on the ground after diving at the ball. The kicker knew he missed and intentionally ran into Troy at his feet so that he could draw the flag.

The way I see it, their respective struggles shouldn't be seen as dissapointments (damned if they don't p i s s us fantasy football folks off). Take the 2002 Steeler team, kicked some a s s, had 2 exciting playoff games (I still say Cowher called a TO before Nedney's foot hit that ball). Then in 2003, they finish 6-10. Call it too much Maddox, not enough Kordell, I dunno. Point is, these two teams have one thing in common. Injuries. Big ones. Multiple ones. What true fans ought to be doing is looking at each Sunday as another week, though wins are a d a m n good bonus.

I'm a steelers fan, and as hard as it was to watch them lose yet again on suday I'm not disappointed with them. They are steadily improving every game, and as for losing that game, odds are whoever wins the coin toss is gonna win the game. As for the Seahawks, didn't really expect much from them coming into the season.

I would say Steelers since they have been in the playoffs for so many years and have a richer football tradition.
