it depends on the lady how long she wears it...she can take it out when she feels like...or when she makes love with her hubby or boy freind...to take bath or to change to a nice one.....so some where it whole day some for few hours...no one wears 24 hrs for sure....

I wear a regular bra from Victoria's secret during the day, and at night a lite sport style bra, I never what my boob's to head down south!

Only 12 hrs. because there should be rest/liberty hours also.Moreover during the balance 12 hours it can be used for love making
