i live in a small town redneck population with a large proportion of caucasians. believe me there are a lot of fat white women too!!
maybe you are drawing a faulty conclusion based on your limited exposure to the world?

this question could have been put forth in a less offensive manner, but oh well...
maybe you percieve black women to be more curvascious than their white counterparts becauseyou dont have the most diverse examples.
there are about an equal preportion of over weight men and women in every culture. unlees you compare the west to the east. western people are heavier in general when compared to the chinese or east asians.
you may percieve this overweight condition in your own area, but you may not take into account all the other cities and countries. if you look around you will find that there a quite a few fit black woman as well.
each person is different and you cannot lump all of one people into a category. especialy one so broad in aspect as black women...

It comes from a poor diet due to poverty. The poor
can't afford meat and substitute more carbs for it.
Carbs - in the form of pasta, potatoes and bread.
