Masturbation is a very normal, very healthy outlet for sexuality. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, either physically or psychologically. Tell her to enjoy herself. She may learn a lot about her own physicality and sexual preference, and you may benefit from that as well!!

Goodness, I understand why you had to say Serious answers only! There is absolutely nothing wrong or worrisome about it, unless she prefers that to you. Sometimes the manic phase of bipolar disorder can manifest that way but usually along with other symptoms like talking way too fast, carelessly spending money a sense of euphoria, and sometimes rage and irritability. If you don't see any other problems around it it's probably harmless. Now if it goes on and on over time, Then you might have something to be concerned about!
