I have an HP myself what I found is that you need to get them to test it before you leave the shop. If it works on there printer it should work on yours but the odd time I found that this was not the case if you can afford to buy new other than that be care full who does the refills Rab

Have a H.P. printer that is 12 years old (desk jet portable) have used refills re-manufactured and re-filled myself all worked. I have been carefull and followed all of the ink manufacturers instructions. The best way is Cartridge World, they do a great job.

If they are remanufactured as opposed to just refilled they should be ok, but depending on when they were made will affect the quality.

Ink cartridges should not be kept above 25 degrees otherwise they dry out. Original cartridges are sealed to prevent this.

You always get caught out as you never know when they will fail. You are better off buying re-manufactured because if you get one that fails then it will be replaced free of charge. Go here for more info http://www.theinkstore.ltd.uk/
