YES!!!!!!!! In fact, feeling tired and run down was my only pregnancy sympton! I found myself needing to have a nap in the middle of the day during my first trimester...and that is not an easy thing to deal with when you work full time.

Certainly is! Even the first few months, if you're unlucky. Try and get as much rest as possible, even if it means sleeping at strange times... and don't feel guilty!! You need and deserve the rest as your body is going through HUGE changes and doing some really amazing things. Good luck and congratulations!

I was sleepy, starving but nothing sounded good and I just felt kind of blah all the time during my first trimester

It is perfectly normal. During my first 3 mths, my favourate past-time is only to sleep. I had checked it out with my gynae, he say is okay as long as I dun feel uncomfortable. During weekend, I can wake up @ 8am after having breakfast back to sleep @ 9am. In fact, I still go to work as per normal just tat i want to bed as early as 8pm.

No. try to be active. Pregnancy shall be treated as a normal female body function. if you treat it that way all things will be better for you, including a smooth delivery

I'm 20 weeks and still feel tired and can't be bothered to do anything, apparantly I should be blooming soon - can't wait.

oh yes, i wonder how i managed it through those first months, it gets better though i promise, trying getting plenty of sleep..
make sure that u make enough time for ureself and dont over do it,
