Boris and Natasha are their first names - Boris Badenov and Natasha Fatale.

(On Boris Badenov....)
Boris is the resident villain billed as "The World's Greatest No-goodnik" of "The Bullwinkle Show". He is the name of a villain on the 1960s animated cartoons Rocky and His Friends and The Bullwinkle Show, collectively referred to as Rocky and Bullwinkle. a spy for the fictional nation of Pottsylvania, and would take orders from the nation's leader, Fearless Leader (and occasionally the rarely-seen Mr. Big). Boris' missions would range from trying to steal a secret rocket fuel formula to eliminating all television from the United States as part of Pottsylvania's various attempts to grab power. He is spy with many desguises.

(His story character:)
He is a fun-loving youngster, fond of trying cats' tails to car bumpers who learned his ABC's (Arson, Bomb-throwing, and Conspiracy) in Pottsylvanian public schools before being offered a scoundrelship to U.S.C. (The University of Safe-Cracking). He graduated magna *** louse, mainly on the strength of his heinous contributions to his fraternity's Hell Week stunts.

He is remarkably durable, having fallen off twenty-six cliffs in speeding cars, being blown up at least fourteen times (mostly with his own bombs), and having the following objects dropped on his head: 98 flower pots, 2 safes, innumerable boulders, an Edsel, and his female conspirator, Natasha. When asked to comment on his secret of durability, he generally shrugs and mutters "Vie Tanski."

Boris can be found puttering in his garden of Venus Flytraps, walking his Gila monster, or working on his Fireside Crook Book during his leisure times. A member of the Van Gogh Society, he also collects ears. His famous Sayings are: "Say the name!", "I have a plan!", and "Sharrup your mouth!"

(Facts and Cultural Impact)
Boris has appeared on such General Mills cereals as Cheerios and Lucky Charms between 1959 to 1970. Boris' name is a play on the name of the opera Boris Godunov. In the 2000 theatrical film The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle, the live-action Boris was played by Jason Alexander.

(On Natasha Fatale.......)
Natasha Fatale, feminine counterpart as a co-spy of Boris Badenov in the same show Rocky and Bullwinkle where the misdeeds of both would usually be thwarted by the acts of Rocky the flying squirrel and Bullwinkle the moose.

(Her story character)
She is a former Miss Transylvania. Although most of her younger life remains a mystery, there is substantial evidence that Natasha is the only child of Axis Sally and Count Dracula.

She became an apprentice witch after being expelled from college for instigating sit-in demonstrations at a local cemetery, but unfortunately "washed out" in flight school.

At the age of nineteen, she packed her earthly belongings in a voodoo bag and sailed for the New World on the Italian freighter Lucrezia Borgia, which had on earlier trips introduced the Japanese Beetle, typhus, and Lucky Luciano to our shores. For two years she worked at odd jobs in and around New York-modeling for Charles Addams, popping out of cakes at ramblers' stag parties.

Her association with Boris was first noted in 1948, when they were both booked for hurling rocks at Girl Scout Cookie-Sellers. She has been wearing Boris's pin (in her nose) ever since. Although Boris has repeatedly asked for her hand, she has adamantly refused to part with it.

Away from the set of "The Bullwinkle Show," Natasha raises tarantulas and is active in civic affairs, being national chairman of the Society To Restore The Real Meaning Of Halloween.

(Facts and Cultural Impact)
Natasha, with her co-conspirator Boris Badenov, represented Lucky Charms between 1959 and 1970. Natasha was voiced by June Foray in the series. In the 2000 theatrical film The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle, the live-action Natasha was portrayed by Renee Russo.♥

Good morning!

Boris Badenov & Natasha Fatale. The villians in the Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoons.

Boris Badenov is the name of a villain on the 1960s animated cartoons Rocky and His Friends and The Bullwinkle Show, collectively referred to as Rocky and Bullwinkle for short.

Boris was a spy for the fictional nation of Pottsylvania, and would take orders from the nation's leader, Fearless Leader (and occasionally the rarely-seen Mr. Big). Boris' missions would range from trying to steal a secret rocket fuel formula to eliminating all television from the United States as part of Pottsylvania's various attempts to grab power. Boris, who was thoroughly dedicated to (and took delight in) all manners of nefarious deeds, would also sometimes engage in his own schemes, such as starting his own organized crime gang.

Boris is nearly always accompanied by his fellow spy, Natasha Fatale.

Usually, Boris' misdeeds were thwarted by the acts of Rocky the flying squirrel and Bullwinkle the moose. Boris' attempts at killing "moose and squirrel" (as he referred to them) also always ended in failure, usually by his own scheme backfiring on him. As Boris expressed his plight in one episode: "I put bomb in squirrel's briefcase and who gets blown up? Me!"

Boris' main catchphrase (spoken when frustrated) was "Raskolnikov!" (a reference to the novel Crime and Punishment by Dostoevsky), spoken in his Pottsylvanian accent (a mock-Russian accent) as provided by versatile voice actor Paul Frees.

Boris would also say in failure these words: "SHUT UP YOUR MOUTH!!!" to Natasha, when his schemes failed. In one episode, Natasha said those very words to Boris as the car they were in, dropped over the cliff to the ground.

Boris' name is a play on that of the 16th-century Russian Tsar Boris Godunov, or the opera of the same name.

In the 2000 theatrical film The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle, the live-action Boris was played by Jason Alexander.
