In my opinion you have too many spyware programs (4 in total?!).

I would consider replacing these with Prevx1 which has a much higher detection, protection and removal rate than all of these combined.

http://www.prevx.com

My security setup has been the Windows Firewall, Prevx1 and then AVG as my backup / 2nd layer of protection and I haven't been infected once - even when surfing on high risk sites.

You've done as much as you can to secure windoze except.

Dump IE and Outlook. Those are the 2 most common gateways to trojans and viruses. If Evolution runs on windoze use that. It has a very Outlook type look and feel without the VBA gateway to virus heaven. Outlook in security circles is known as Outbreak for it's total lack of security and horrible design when it comes to preventing security problems. IE is again a problem looking for a website to happen at. Firefox has more features, is more secure, has extensibility, doesn't run as a system level application and will do your popup blocking and cookie management built in. More so Firefox won't just execute arbitrary files thrown at it. Many spyware apps actually come embedded in adds on legit websites. I use Linux so I see them all the time. An exe pushed at me from an add on the page that Firefox asks me what to do with. In IE it just runs it. Doesn't even tell you it happened. So continueing to use IE means you wasted all of your other efforts.

If u really have a phobia u can get a hardware firewall. But remember nothing will keep u 100% safe.

Wow! I am jealous!
Its certainly the best security one can have. Still, there may be some minor loopholes. You can find them out by downloading AOL Active Security Monitor( you can get it in download.com).

I still give your computer 11/10!
