it depends person to person and how deep is your concentration. this also depends in what atmoshphere (kind of people) you are living.
it may take 1 month to 6 months.

Y would you wanna have a british accent anyway? Be true to yourself. As long as you can speak english, I dun think the British wont understand what you are talking about.Be proud of your own nationality and race.

I am pretty fast at imitating so it might be 2 to 3 months with natives.
