I would think you would have known he was lying on your back the first time you tried to get up from the prone position......*confused look*

If you mean he was lying behind your back, I would escalate the problem to his or her manager with specific examples and proof if you can get it.
If you really meant that your boss was lying ON your back, I think you might need to check with a neurologist so that you can make sure the nerve-endings in your back are working properly.

option1 :try to confront him with the truth and this has a 50-50 probability of success you may start having a bad working relationship or he can be embarrassed and respect you
option 2: keep quite and let it go ...by doing this you will not risk your job ..but when it gets worse take option 1
