Without some kind of paper trail people are not going to be convinced that the election is fair... as for the advantages they would go to the party that has control of the voting machines... republicans.

That there will always be a Bush in the White House,
we will be ever more free, that pesky Liberals will wither and die, and that we don't have to worry about voting, we will just hire a designated voter in each precinct, and he or she can vote their conscience, because it won't make any difference.
Buy Diebold stock, if there is any for sale. I would hold it, personally, it should be like an original share of McDonald's!!!

e-voting is bad...its far too "hackable" we need a paper trail. Its been proven to be easily hacked.
