You'll probably notice that he/she will try and get away as well, its because it is scared! think its just animals? Nope, humans do actually pee in their pants uncontrollably if they get to that stage of fear!

fear or excitment, try being quiet , slow and calm like for 5 or so minuts before you pick her up and keep doing this for the next 3 or 4 months and it should end. the animal needs to know something thiswill only show it.

Well u just happen to pick her up at the wrong moment! hahaha! but probably cuz she's scared, so u have to let her know that ur gonna pick her up..by first petting her and then picking her up
