I have an LG VX3200 and when I'm talking to someone and I press the options button, one of the choices is privacy on and I was wondering what that was. I really dont want to try it because I'm not sure if it will mess up my phone or not.

It sounds like it is for a private call, instead of speaker it's private,it won't mess up your phone if you push it,you can always go back to the original settings. You need to read the book,if you don't have one, explore your phone so you can know how it operates. It's kinda like your computer, you don't know it until you explore it.

I was looking at cingular.com and tried to find your phone. Is yours a push to talk?If so that privacy could mean that when you push to talk it don't come over the speaker where everyone can hear your conversation.
