They should. After all they are better prepared, smarter and desperate enough to work for less money. For the employer this meaning winning both ways - getting a more qualified person for less.

Can't think of any reason why they should be. Are you a Romanian who was turned down from a job in London or something? Btw, I thought Ireland was part of the UK.
