what you have to do is look at the air intake tube, there should be a 1/2" hose coming out of it, follow that to the end, and that will be where the PVC valve is. It should be on top of the cam/valve cover. When you find it, take it off and shake it, you should hear like little balls rattling(it's the check valve inside it so the fumes don't reverse their flow) if you don't hear it, spray some carb cleaner in it to free up the ball. The PVC valve removes vapors from the oil pan and other internal engine areas sends them to the air tube to be mixed and burnt by the combustion.

Left hand rocker cover to the rear of the engine. It will have a hose attached to it
