no, use it before.. because once your eyelash's are coated in mascara they become sticky and using a curler afterward will just cause the eyelashes to stick together or worse stick to the eyelash curler and be pulled out..and leave black gunk all over your curler too.. If you don't think your eyelash's look curly enough maybe go to a beauty salon and inquire about getting them permed...

You should curl the lashes first, so the mascara wont stick and rip out some of the lashes

it is not recommended as the eyelashes can b sticky after using mascara, but my eyelashes are hard to curl so i use a curler before AND after using mascara, and although the odd eyelash gets stuck once and a while, my eyes are absoloutly fine, so go ahead i say

no its not a good idea you risk loosing more then average lashes. curl before mascara. curl as close to lash bed as possible and don't pull just crimp pretty firm.

what i do is curl, apply clear mascara, curl and apply normal mascara to get a great effect

well it's good idea but I think it takes a lot of time to do that
but it's good for wedding or parties or " Dates " ;P

it makes ur eyes Very Charm with finmin looking
