White is the combination of all colours. Make a colour wheel with the colours of the rainbow on it. If you could find a way to spin it fast enough, you would see that white appears. White and black are not colours, white is all colours, black is the absence of colour, they are termed 'abstracts'.

White is the colour of things that reflect light of all parts of the visible spectrum equally and are not dull .

I was told that the colors white and black were the presence of all colors or the lack of any color...but Im not exactly sure which would be which..Blessed Be~

it can't be made because white isn't technically a colour, neither is black.
