Cingular's been known for billing malpractice. Search Yahoo! News. I sent a copy to Cingular's collection agency.

Just stay away.

They have good coverage Some places only have analog service and most of the other services are only digital. They gave the best rates for pre pay, but that is going away. I hear

i like the whole roll over minutes ordeal

BUT

when the say "FREE MOBILE TO MOBILE" it should be to anyone on the cingular network, not just people within your city....thats lame
