Right click on your toolbar and select customize. You can add and delete options from here. Also, to get rid of the mywebsearch toolbar, right click on the toolbar and deselect that toolbar.

To get rid of mywebsearch toolbar, use Spybot Search & Destroy:

To get back your back button, right click at the top of the browser and select the proper visual option for the specific toolbar that you want to show/hide. It should also be in the view menu at the top of Internet Explorer.
