Just about any question you have about breast feeding can be answered by this non for profit organization. A great book is the womanly art of breastfeeding.
The baby will love who cares for it, more?
I'm pretty sure infants don't quantify like that, If the mother is there caring for the baby a lot any one can feed the baby and it will still love it's mommy.

Now the reason why breast milk is better for babies than bottle formula is that human milk is specially made by your body for babies and formula is a man made product from cows milk. Human milk also contains colostrum (sp) which transfers the mother's immune system properties to the baby- when they are born they don't have a working immune system. This helps the baby fight off diseases and sickness until it builds it's own system. But it's only a short time that the immune system is transfer ed to the baby and after the first few months the only thing better about breast milk is the nutritional factor and the bonding between mother and child.

If you are thinking of letting someone else breast feed for your baby it may cause problems depending on how long it's for. I mean if you want them to breast feed for 2-3 years, then yes they will love the other woman in a different way than you...they will be closer. Babies get a lot of their information not through words but through touch. The more you touch/ hold and caress your baby the more secure they feel...the more happy. Breast feeding brings the mother and child closer in ways that strangers or even the father can never touch. Sure you carried the child for 9 months but then it was just an unknown person, as you feed your baby with your own body you begin to know how the baby reacts and feels by it's face and it's actions.

Well this may be possible. Psychologically it is about attachement. A study called the strage project will give you more info. However, an attachment to another person will be confusing when that person leaves. Physically, it is about the nutrients that are provided to a baby. Cow milk formula does not utilize the same nutrition that a baby human will thrive best on. Also, a babies immune system is very weak. Hoewver breast milk provides the baby with the mothers immunities.

Honestly between another woman feeding baby and formula... Another woman feeding the baby may be best.

I think you are asking if another woman nurses a baby as opposed to the biological mother nursing her baby will the baby love the wet nurse more...right? I would say no as long as the biological mother bonds with the baby other ways. Perhaps the wet nurse could express the breastmilk and Mom can give it to baby in a bottle, thus bonding can be accomplished that way, much like fathers are urged to feed baby via bottle so that baby bonds with dad. Breast milk is best because it has every thing a baby needs naturally and it changes to suit baby's needs as baby grows. Baby should have breastmilk for at least a year if not longer, but any amount of time is wonderful. Why would these formula companies be trying to simulate formula as close to breastmilk if breastmilk wasn't best?

Possibly, a child will resond to physical contact, but it is not about the milk.

Breast fed babies get certain immunities, it isn't really crucial that any woman breast feed beyond the first two months, but those two tend to confer certain immunities.

It is about the bonding as well as the Milk.

breast milk is best, most importantly in the first few days so they get the colestrum(sp) to help build their little immune systems, but after that, the formula now a days is so much better than it used to be and vitamin fortified that there is no need to worry.
as far as babies lovign their mom more if they are breast fed, not true, hold a baby close and feed it with a bottle and your bonding

As I raised my two children, I learned that, not only in our case but in a lot of cases, mother's breast milk is NOT always the best for the baby. We changed to goats' milk, and that immediately ceased the colic(sp?) that my son was having and stopped all such problems with my daughter. And my kids have no such bonding with goats, I can assure you. God Bless you.

Its the best for your baby because it provides antibodies and nutrients not found in powdered formula's.
The closeness of feeding your child creates a special bond that bottle feeding doesn't.
When I was feeding my children, I even knew when they were crying even if I couldnt hear them. I lost milk in large amounts at this time.
