They always use one of the high street shops like Top Shop H@M or something like that if you really want to know then try NOW magazine they are really good at finding the same or look a likes in clothes we see someone wearing and want. I saw the one Nikkita wore the week before in Top Shop on Saturday.

You will need to be quick - apparently Top Shop sold over 6,000 of these dresses in the couple of days after the show was broadcast.
