In the real world, your Grandma could walk over to Dark Horse comics and trip on the step. When someone comes out, she could sue them for not keeping their building in order and ultimately get rights to their entire library of characters. At that point, she could destroy all of the Robocop material and bury the right for the character in a vault, destroying him utterly...
BUT...since I don't know you, you're not real to me and as such, your grandma may also be a figment of my imagination. If that's the case, if it's a fight between figments of my imagination, Robocop would cap your grandmother in a gang style killing after losing control of the three laws as was done in I, Robot...then he'd go after you.
So I think it's a toss-up.

The time it wold take for your grandma to pay would slow him down to a "Rusted B*st*rd" and your grandma could then use the portable infra-red scanner to blind him and when his arms were up protecting his eyes she could set to work on him with a knitting needle to his nether regions or a rolled up pension book used as a "Chelsea Brick" into the larynx is an alternative attack weapon, if her knitting was in her care workers car
If your grandma is in a wheelchair she could go for the legs and topple him over - he is after all, a bit of a fat git - and then a couple of sprays to the eyes with her asthma spray will incapacitate him long enough for a few whacks to the head with her copy of her Alzheimer's monthly, or is that weekly?
