Well, since Country music artist is the highest paid artist I don't really think they care. It was originally intended for the older dedicated audience anyways. That is why so many country music stars last for 20+ years. They have a dedicated audience unlike other types they are always looking for the next hot thing. Besides, I disagree I am only 24 and I love Country music.

Because they are muscians and have a love for the music. There fans take care of the rest. There are plenty of young country fans out there. Go to GA,AL or TN and you will see plenty.
Country music is done with heart and lyrics that usally have meaning.

Speak for yourself. A lot of young people like country music. You just have to listen to the good stuff and not the maudlin crap on top 40 radio. Try XM satellite radio X-Country (Cross Country) for some real sh__-kickin' Austin Texas style country music!

haha i agree.... country music is horrible... yea, it takes a lot of skill and pride to rhyme the word, "fight" with the word, "right".. Toby Keith (or Toby Queef) as I like to call him, is the biggest joke of an artist as there is...a monkey with half a brain could write better and more meaningfull lyrics then them
