War has gone on since the beginning of time. People are never truly ready for a World War and generally never like the results. No one ever really wins a war. Would I be ready? Unfortunately I am prepared. The historical signs read that we are heading in that direction. A "World Power" has become overconfident of its' ability and continues to spread itself to thin getting involved in situations it has no business. The smaller less powerful nations are rising in civil unrest and blame the easiest most prominent target for its' problems. Yes there will be a "Third World War" and yes there will be mass destruction and unthinkable horrors.... But perhaps in its' end "Man" will realize the futility of war and allow this world to live in peace.... Just a thought...... Peace........

Only God knows the future, and He has revealed much of this in the Bible. He indicates that the Gospel must be preached to all the world and then the end will come. So the answer to your question is that yes, the world will be ready. However for individuals the choices they make will determine what will happen to them. Those who enter into a relationship with Jesus, then they will be lifted up to meet Him in the air to be with Him forever. Those left behind will have to endure the Great Tribulation for which it is written that if the times were not shortened none would survive. So from the descriptions it seems as though they will use Neutron Bombs on each other. My advice to you is that it is written "For all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God." and "God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son (Jesus) and whosoever belileves in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life." Jesus went the cross and shed His blood to purchase souls for God. God extends His grace and forgives the sin of those who repent and believe on Jesus.
