Male- when they wear shorts with no shoes on or if the guy has a stronge jaw line eg like keith urban mmm sexy!
Female- when they apply there make up right -there eyes and cheek bones.

Ooo the part of a man that I find sexiest would be his torso. There's nothing more hot than that upsidedown triangle shape to a mans upper body. Not too big, but definitely muscular. The broad shoulders and strong arms and pecks, and the small waist...mmmm For a female I'd probably say the the curve of the back-like the a s s. Maybe that's just 'cause I have a nice one.

I think the sexiest part of a man is the loin muscle - if the man is cut, it is very defined on both sides.
Veeeeerrrrry sexy.
As for women, I can appreciate them enough to say I think the 2 little dimples in the lower back, just above the butt, one on either side of the spine - are very cute, very sexy.

The first part I notice about a guy is if they have a sincere smile or not. Also if their eyes seem alive. Some guys just walk around looking like they don't care about anything. That is not cool.
