Not likely, but anything can happen. Remember they were written off last year at 7-5 and then won eight straight, including the SB. The Bus is a bigger loss on the sideline than he is on the feild. He was the guy that kept everyone hungry, this is now left to Joey Porter. Ben has had problems, but he has never been asked to do it all. He can do enough, if the rest of the team gets it going at the same time. Also Charlie hasn't lost as a starter this year or last. We have the players, they just have to play to their full potential.

I am concerned, but still hopeful. I will be happy with beating the Bungals, on Dec.31.

I don't think so, dude.

I'm a Dallas Cowboys and Cincinatti Bengals fan, but I am being unbiased here.

While most of Pittsburgh's D is still intact, the offense is still questionable. Ben Roethlisberger seems to be in and out of every game this season and I don't think Charlie Batch can keep it up (although he did a nice job this past weekend with 3 TD passes.) Hines Ward's been inconsistent the whole season long (except this past weekend, lol)

In a division with the Baltimore Ravens, the second or third best Defense in the league (in competition with Da Bears and the Bolts) they have to play them twice in the future. And their offense isn't exactly horrible either.

They do have Cleveland twice also.

But you've got the Panthers and the Saints. Which I can see those as hard losses for the Steelers.

And let's not forget Denver. Their Defense is really good this year too.

Sorry, dude, but I'm seeing 7 wins at the most with 9 losses.

Maybe next year?

You're possibly in exactly the same boat as the great majority of activities gamblers up and down the united states who are dropping far more than they actually win. It's likely you have the occasional get that keeps you returning for more, but most of the time your alternatives lose. And that charges you actually more money! Couldn't wait for this question. NO, they aren't going to repeat. I don't care whether Roethlisberger is healthy or not. The way they're playing this year, shows you last year was a fluke. And it has nothing to do with Bettis retiring either, he didn't make that much of a difference in last years season. They may make it to the Playoffs but, they'll lose the first game.

heck no they can not

I have been picking 80% winners in both college and nfl football, I have recorded all of the picks in an excel sheet, so I can prove my record to you. I hit 10 out of 11 on a parlay last week, the only one I lost was Louisville -17.5....they won by 15. That was a 5 dollar parlay to win 3000. This week I will hit all 11. Email me at jtabone@mail.usf.edu and I will give you my picks this weekend for free

There is no way the Steelers are going to repeat. Last year they got verry lucky to win the superbowl this year they are just not that good...Look out for the ravens to win the divison

repeat what? another loss? you might make the playoffs if your lucky but the refs will not be on your side this year and Big Buns is now suscepiible to concussions so I figure he's had it for this year and I don't think Batch can hold up being a starter week after week and if Big Buns does play, they will all be going after him to put him out with another head shot.

Probably not, repeating is one of the hardest things to do. SuperBen is showing he is human this year. If they make playoffs, they'll need to take that winning momentum with them to even have a chance.

No way...Rothelsburger is too weak to play these days--he's been through too much this year. He cannot handle another stellar season and the team cannot make it work without him because he's been such a huge part of their game plan.
