It could be welts...due to numberous things; stress, alergic reaction to anything from body soap, detergent, food and food items, etc.
And to allergies to certain fabrics...even if you've always worn those items bodies can develop tolerances to them.
Also please look into so-called "childhood diseases" like chicken pox or measles....I had chicken pox at 22...was NOT fun.

Please go to a clinic, or your family doctor asap!

good luck and .....don't scratch...I know it's near impossible but not knowing what it is...it'll either inflame the welts or infect them or possible spread whatever it is to other parts of your body.

But PLZ lemme know, I'm a 'mommahen' at heart and on the nosy side *hehe*

sounds like shingles or hives, from an allergic reaction. At any age we can get these reactions from something we've eaten or have been around. Even a nervous reaction to something, however small. See your doctor first. He'll probably give you a script, even cover scabies, they usually do. Follow through. They may be painful, if they are they're usually shingles due to nerves agitated. If you can't see a doctor use some Benadryl Creme or try a Hydrocortosone creme0.01% but, see a doctor first or asap.

It is an allergic reaction to something e.g., food you ate night before, any new medication you took? If you ingested something new night before, stop. You can take Benadryl or use a hydrocortisone cream over the counter. If it gets worse or doesn't resolve, see a Dr. Oh, remember, Benadryl makes you drowsy so, don't take and drive!
