Hi,

http://www.stickercam.com

lets you add animated stickers and borders to your webcam, use a video file, image slideshow, recorded webcam, or live desktop capture as your webcam:

> Click the Broadcast tab in StickerCam
> Select your own webcam as the source or if you are using the fake webcam options select video/images/screen capture etc..
> In your application (E.g. Yahoo Messenger) select the webcam as WackyB-StickerCam
> You can now drag'n'drop image/text/filters/special effects onto the preview window in StickerCam for everyone to view.. loads more features including high quality digital zoom and pan.. filters and special effects. Multi webcam split (use one physical webcam in multiple applications... eg. Yahoo and MSN at the same time) playing back AVI video and photo slideshows as your own webcam (fake webcam) and recording the webcam you transmit and view (Yahoo Messenger only)

Hope this helps :)

(you can adjust the frame rate speed from the broadcast tab) you can use the high quality digital zoom and pan on the video you are using as your webcam, effortlessly switch between playback of AVI video... your desktop or area of screen capture.. image slideshow (with fade effect transitions) own physical webcam or if you are viewing a Yahoo Messenger webcam you can actually relay it live as your own!

There are 3 that I have tried. . .

The best one is at http://www.oatmealmedia.net - You can view webcams without permission, record webcams from yahoo, msn, aim websites. . . anywhere you can see you can record, and you can play video over your own webcam, even if you don't have a webcam.

The second one is at http://www.fakewebcam.com - all it can do is play video over your webcam, but it's pretty good.

The last one is http://www.stickercam.com - it is made to play animations over your webcam like snowslakes falling and stuff like that, it can also play video over your webcam, but it's slower than the others and the image quality isn't as good.

Oh I'm using it! But you can't see it because it's 'fake'! Yep, it's not even real! It's made out of bubble gum like those bubble gum cigars you can buy. ;-) Just trying to make you smile :-)
