This is a difficult one to answer because early leaders were called Kings. So anyone who could effect change in the Kings Laws could rightly be called a Politician. The answer is Esther who overturned the Kings edict to hang Jews. The unjust law was brought into being by Haman the Prime Minister who went to the gallows instead of Jews.
